Requested by Wrs2101 for Lusamine "soaking wet with wet bangs fully covering her eyes, sprayed by a water-type pokemon"

In case it's not obvious, She is asking Milotic to use Surf! during a battle, and getting sprayed in the process.

This is intended to be a SFW piece, and will not be adjusted to look any other way.
