Shuppet evolves into Banette at level 30 with High Friendship

Banette:
Marionette Pokemon
Size: 3'4'' (1.1 m)
Type: Fairy/Ghost
Abilities: Cute Charm, *Stuffing*, HA: Healer
Dex Entry's:
-Regional Banette's love their trainers, coming in for a hug whenever it gets the chance to.

-They're commonly used in hospitals and Pokemon centers to comfort stressed out patients.

*Stuffing*
"Halves the damage of all super-effective moves"

Changes:
both Defenses go up. It's now more of a supporting wall. It learns a multitude of support moves. In battle it barely does any damage, but hey that's support for ya.

-Based on the Poke Doll, Poke Toy, and stuffed animals in general.

-I'ts a chimera of multiple cute Pokemon, with the top of Clefairy, the cheeks of Pikachu, the tail of Minccino, and the arms of a Cubchoo, and the eyes of Skitty (more noticeable seen on Shuppet).

-Shuppet was made since I didn't want it to just be one sprite again. So I did what I'm gonna do with Liepared and added the pre-evo aswell.

-Update: Banette's haed has been fixed, it was pretty wonky.

Pretty happy with this one. I'm really proud of Banettes pose since I didn't even draw the pose first. I'm also happy with it's design and hopefully succeeding at having certain attributes of cute pokemon molded into this one to make something cute.
