I have been wanting to draw this for a long time! a literal version of an inverted frisk. all the colors are those of the lost souls as well! the red eye however symbolizes Chara. as split personality kind of deal.a glitch.
Frisk is the kind one who wants to help. Pacifistic and the the other half is the bad Geno-side of them! (ba dum tss~) but mainly Frisk is in control (at least of the bad side) and just wants to find and make friends. but kind of in a creepy child kind of way.
