A Pikachu was minding their own business...when suddenly, the location they were swimming in created something and got caught inside it. Upon closer inspection they seem confused and surprised that the thing that got them was a bubble of all things. Whoever did this might be unknown or maybe you know who it is as the answer. For now maybe they should find a way to get out of there before the wind might carry them away.
