Not that 40's Woody though. This 40's Woody was voiced by Ben Hardaway.
Incidentally, the 50's Woody was voice by Grace Stafford, wife of Woody Woodpecker creator Walter Lantz, who would voice him until the last short in 1972.

I prefer the one Grace voiced, I think he's much cuter. Also in the short "Tree's a Crowd," he makes a smug face too. ovoΒ
