No, this isn't Cooper's long-lost brother, this is Cooper, or as he's called nowadays, Kobe! I gave him a design overhaul and even a new name to quite simply make him easier to draw, make his design "flow" better with me and to make his design/colour scheme fit better with the other characters the story I'm currently working on. I can't be sure that this is an officially finalized design though; I might still go back and tweak it... But for now, if I ask you to draw him, use this reference sheet!

I also highly recommend actually using the colour codes provided (Ex #FFCC33) instead of just using the eyedropper tool for his colours!
