It's 3-layer sss shader that I've been using for a while now which uses custom texture maps, which is probably too much work for most people. I just wanted to see what it looks on folding skin.

I wanted to do it like she's kind of trying to hold back smile, but then I messed up and could not revert it so i just tried and fix it as best as I can without tampering the image lol, oh the things I love in 3d.
