The issue is mostly us all being in various timezones. I have been using google to keep track of the time in france so that should be the most accurate. When I entered my bid it was before midnight there. You entered yours a few minutes after. I made sure to check it out there and it was past midnight.
Its hard to tell who actually wins these things on deviantart. You did bid more than me but you missed the deadline by at least two full minutes
