Drrr... So, I found this on google, I was searching falling petals, o.o. So, yeah, this WOULD pop up.
It's beautiful... I did a drawing with a female on a swing, also with petals. NO WHERE, as nice as this. It doesn't even compare. This is absolutely beautiful.
I love the mist/cloud... or... is that a waterfall? To me, it could be either, but either way, I love where it is, and I do with the trees, and the lighting. The placement of the background was decided on very well.
And I just love how the flowers come from a distant place, and then just sweep in in the fashion of a wave to pass her by.
The motion of her hair is lovely, but I surmise from this, she isn't swinging too much - not to high, to and fro, etc. If it was, then her hair would be completely blown back and everything. If it's just lightly, then yeah, her hair would move just like that.
This style, and the clothes, they're a bit like Final Fantasy. I'm not saying you copied, but that's the only thing I can really find to compare this style with, or say what it's like with. I don't really like Final Fantasy, don't really know it, but I know it's style. And it's a lot like this. It's very innocent looking. A bit real. But it's beautiful, as this obviously is.
She does look a bit melancholic, but in a nostalgic way. She looks like she's thinking back into something, she's maybe a bit sad, but she's happy, as if something had left, but she knew it was for the best, and though it's sad she's happy for it.

The colors are match how beautiful the girl is and I like the title. "falling petals" my nickname on a site is Petals ^^ short for my username ~Black Petals~ hehe...
