One of the first panels in the original BattleGate (now Flux Destiny) had a comment from a guard telling Hugo that he was going to hung up by his toes. I used a little creativity in my commission request years ago and Coz was nice enough to produce the lovely image. ^___^

That 14 y/o klepto has needed to be put into his place for a long time. Very apt and merciful punishment, considering what Marco usually wants to do to the little punk. The life of a parole officer is never easy!
