Cool artwork, but you do know that Eggman Nega is from the Sol Dimension and not from the future, right? Takashi Lizuka said that Blaze and Eggman Nega are from the Sol Dimension and Silver is from the future in a interview. I think that Blaze was from future, but was warped to an other dimension by using the Chaos Emeralds and Sonic '06' became non-canon after that, so the future became good and Blaze was erased from the timeline.

Actually in Sonic Rivals, Nega confirms that he was originally from the future. He later must have found a way into the Sol Dimension later, where he became the enemy of Blaze.

This isn't official but by theory to explain Blaze in Sonic 2006 is that at some point she transported to the future if the Chaos dimension where she met Silver and tried to work with him to stop Iblis. (This wasn't confirmed by the story developers, but it wouldn't effect the story and would allow the Sonic 2006 story to actually make sense out of having Blaze where she was.)
The game later shows her being transported to another dimension after containing Iblis, which the later story line of Sonic Rush would prove to be the Sol dimension.
The reason she and Sonic don't recognize each other in Rush is because all of the events in Sonic 2006 were wiped at the end of the game as part of the game's story, so they had never taken place.
