Bio:
Crowe was raised in Hollow Shades (northeast of Canterlot on the official map), a small village that has always been one of the more festive areas in Equestria when Nightmare Night comes around. The colt was born to a pegasus and hippogryph, thus the excessive amount of feathers on his body. He was born with small, underdeveloped wings that were essentially useless. He was never really bothered by any of it though and noone gave him a second glance because Hollow Shades had always been a bit of an oddball town.
He got his cutiemark at the young age of 7 when helping run a haunted house tourist attraction on Nightmare Night. His job was to jump out of a large vanity and scare the ponies when they came walking through, and he succeeded in doing so - although not without his clumsy mass of feathers catching on some fake cobwebs on the way out and causing him to get tangled in the stuff on the floor. Whatever fear had been in the room a second ago had bee replaced with laughter, including his own. And poof buttmark

Nowadays Crowe is still residing in his hometown, and whenever the season rolls around migrates to Ponyville to have some fun. He's mostly a street performer; putting on his clown getup and heading out on the town to entertain anyone that will pay him their attention for a bit. Which is considerably a lot of ponies because of his strange appearance. He likes to crack jokes, pull pranks to scare others, and sometimes does little tricks like parkour that his small wings are good for since they don't get in the way.
During off-season he mostly hangs out around town helping his friend learn magic and being his guinea pig. Crowe is a very reliable friend and is willing to be there for those he cares about through almost anything. He is a pretty observant guy and can easily tell if somepony is upset. He can often be a bit loud and overbearing, though he means well. It takes a patient pony to be able to put up with his antics.
