Commission for of his charcter Dr. Nefar who has been villain, hero and villain again.Shown is the character in his more subdued outfit and his battle armor which springs from the many high-tech devices on his person as well as some of his favorite weapons and tools such as the eye-spy on his shoulder and the binder-ball in his hand.
