Description
Commission for of his character Dr. Nefar in both his normal outfit and his battle armor.I'm not sure but I think the ball he is holding on the left activates his armor which springs from his goggles, belt and other equipment.
This might not be exactly how the final picture looks but it gets us going.
Dr. Nefar is a good guy though he does fit the profile for an evil genius. I believe this character's story is that he was a villain until he decided to fight for the other side. I'll let the owner clear up the details.

The ball in his hand is a binderball, it morphs into an X and wraps around the target it's thrown at. As for the gun, it may not be revolver like, but I'm hooked on it! Color it!
Oh, currently, he's a bad guy, he got ousted by the heroes of Colmation because he was paranoid enough to prepare for worst case scenarios, like what if one of the heroes went bad. So he gathered data on all of them.
