Lately Ive been working on a essay about how and what we remember from a year.It has been hard to recall a year as it actually was. You might have been alot younger, lived in a totally different environment, and perhaps had a different impression of the world around you. In my thinking stage my head has been like a clipping room, trying hard to put together a collection of tiny filmclips of memories into a meaningful and continous homevideo. I made an illustration for this feeling. hope you like it

this image is beautiful. its calm, serene, the grain has a static feel to it. it's more like a..loose, disconnected ... tone. i wish i could choose my words correctly, but its 6am. nice work. i really like this piece.

awesome pic. The first thing it made me think of is a shot of a scene from Amelie. But instead of Amelie and her ceaseless enthusiasm+childlike mischief, it's the haunted, jaded and overworked man of modern days. Interesting how similar shots convey completely different moods. I feel that this captures my insomnia.

I really like the concept...if it were me i think i would play with it and maybe re work it a couple of different ways just to see how it turns out with some different textures or arm arrangements. I like the motion-blur effect, it adds a certain surrealness (if thats a word) to the shot...i like it overall, but i think I'd like to see a clearer view of the hands...in some ways i like the texture, but in others it seems to detract and just make things look fuzzy. Nice work thugh, ive never really done an intensive photo-manip so i guess i shouldnt critique like this. Hope you dont mind.

wow the eyes are kinda creeppy...a very imressive idea and manip..when one person is too busy with loads of work..he needs all the help he can get..and with all the arms in this images..looks like he gets just that.

Interesting idea. Actually it looks a lot like what I feel like when trying to put together an article or some text for work. Putting different pieces together so it all works out in the end is always a mesy job. Your work reflects that nicely. And it looks like the hands are moving superfast, makes me remember Edward Sizerhands (warning... lots of typos)

thanks alot, but this really deserves more time on it.. its so simply put together.. and just one texture over everything. spent about 20 min to put everything together. 5 min arranging the set and i guess 10 mins to figure out this thing

this is truly amazing, i love how all those hands gives an impression of moving really really fast. or photographing really, really slow.
the grainy touch doesn't really work with it, though.. i'd like a cleaner view of your/his face. it doesn't really matter on the hands, but on the face... a shame, to hide such a gorgeus face.

very fast or very slow.. I tried to achieve something that happens at the same time, if you know what I mean.. when you think about something, there is no logical order at first.. its more like a chaotic brainstorm of impressions, visualized

Yeah, I made it noisy and rusty to give the impression of time. rust comes with time, and your memories gets rusty and unclear
