If it's just a few seconds or a few hours is up to her but as her hero name suggests she can only do it for 10 seconds. After this time she needs to regenerate which can take from a few minutes up to hours depending on how much she has used it already that day.
Her third eye is very sensitive towards light which is why she tends to have her bangs over her eyes.
