Description
In the language of the flowers, Calla means beauty and instability.
In the Victorian age, the "bible of the silent language of flowers" written by Miss Corruthers elected the calla as the symbol of refinement and nobility: the flower became a gift suitable to seal an important friendship or a statement of respect.
The proper etiquette suggests that bouquet with white callas are reserved exclusively to brides, but they can be used in ceremonies such as baptisms, communions and confirmations since the white recalls purity, innocence and modesty and expresses a sincere and pure feelings.
They are associated with something rare, precious, hidden. In fact they are in the depths of the sea, and take them involves risk and effort.
Its purity is melancholy, according to tradition, give pearls produces tears, bad luck, misfortune. It's said that Cleopatra possessed the two biggest pearls ever seen. But because of a bet with Antonio, he made her melt them in vinegar to drink it during dinner. Perhaps the sad fate of Cleopatra helped to make the precious spheres, objects of disgrace.
In the Indian world the pearl was the daughter of Soma, the Moon, and it is protected by the dragons in the bottom of the sea; potions of immortality can be prepared with them.
The Pearl, born from the dew, is the symbol of the Immaculate Conception. Being spherical is a symbol of perfection.
So She is the pure, perfect, noble entity.

Awesome detail.
I really like how you've defined the proportions and features there. It's pretty cool how you've integrated the flowers as well... if you get what I mean? It makes me more natural, I think, and yet... it does make things a bit odd as well, but eh.
I like how you've managed to fill up the frame and how you've conveyed the delicate nature of her as well. Or rather, that's what I feel.
