Seriously, you made the atmosphere perfect, violent and terrifying. I can feel Mapleshade's emotions from her expression. I also love the way the river sloshes. When I think about what temperature that must be, I'd guess bitter cold.

Also, you can actually feel the anguish she must be in and the limp positions of the kittens perfectly reflect what they would look like.
