- June 2022, Centennial Airport (KAPA) -

I hosted an aviation education and career day, with employers, schools, pilot organizations, etc. It went very well, but I think the hardest part was filling out the Air Force paperwork to request an aircraft. After the many steps involved in that process, I was delighted to confirm with the crew of a Colorado Air Guard F-16.

Funny enough, after all of that paperwork, an F-18 also just fell into my lap. It was just a wild coincidence with great timing. Hornet by eightyator on DeviantArt We parked the jets like bookends on either side of the entrance to the flight ramp. It was great!
