This is probably my most favorite cosplay picture of me as Maria from Silent Hill 2.And it is one of my first attempts of using photoshop (editing photo of myself into background, adding shadows and changing the lighting), and I think it turned out pretty good.

The background is the original artwork background, but I replaced Maria with myself. If you look closely at the floor in front of me you can see Maria's original reflection in it!

But yeah, I'm often disappointed that people who cosplay characters with simple design like in Silent Hill, still can't get it right, that makes me sad.
That's why I made a tutorial section for Silent Hill cosplay on my website, called "Workshops" so people can find detailed descriptions about how to do it.
