Beautiful textures ... he reminds me a toy, perhaps a robot who lost an eye.Β The background makes me imagine a steampunk setting. Great image.

Yes sure. Let me know when you are around. I think the real challenge in terms of photography is, that many items are very, very dark and - especially when there is sunlight - contrasts are just enormous. I came to that place more or less by chance and unprepared, yesterday (been to other parts of Zollverein before - my granddad was a miner there, btw.), nut I am sure that I will give it another try. Lots of people there yesterday as well, obviously a photography workshop was on its way ...
