I think in reality, the time doesn't heal all wounds. The wound remains eternally. Each war is like to destroy the human spirit. We must look at the scars and try to understand the insanity of the past. We cannot fall into the temptation of thinking the Β reason just for our inner world (isolated from the outside world). But, how this seems complicated, even today. Dear friend, just my opinion.

Balkan has painful memories which do on go back that long - and certainly does not have made peace with all of them (impossible in such a short time - generations it will need).
On the other hand, the rest of Europe seems to have forgotten about all this craziness which - last - took place only 60 years ago.
When you are young, this seems to be an endless time span, but soon you will realize that it is not ...

I personally have nothing against Serbs. But some people in Croatia still do have something against them. Especially the ones who fought in the war and who lost people close to them... But also there are some people who are just plain stupid and hate Serbs for no reason just because they were taught to hate them since youngest age, because they grew up in such a narrow-minded environment.
