Ha ! Exactly like me. Well, I grew up in a family where there had to be meat served at every single meal (excepted breakfast, French people usually don't have any meat in the morning).
And 5 years ago, I had this very strange idea to marry a vegetarian girl who decided to go vegan since then.
She doesn't force me to anything, but my diet was naturally influenced by hers, and I have to admit that I've never felt that healthy.
Well, cheese, that would be the hard thing to get rid of (French people, you know ?).

Yes. I also love cheese a lot. Trying to switch more to goat and sheep cheese which is very easy in Portugal (and France, of course), less so here ... This weekend I prepared a nice corn-fed country chicken with lots of lemon and garlic and piri piri
