Hi! I'm from and found ur piece from No Constructive Comments #12
First of all the composition is great, the story is definitely clear in this piece
Almost as if the cat is being bullied, the dark surroundings adds on to the sense of helplessness and vulnurability
I also like the shading of the eyes, very well done! The blurred foreground characters also adds focus to the cat in the middle, so the piece overall is pretty straightforward and easy on the eyes
However, the lighting could be improved but determining the light source(s) The shading on fur could have more textures too, by using a different coarse brush or detailing it abit more
The caption at the bottom of the piece was almost unnoticable, as it not only almost blends in the background but is at the very bottom of the page
I understand the quote is usually put at the bottom of the piece, changing the font colour to white or any light colour would help it pop out
Other than that, a great piece in general and clear story Great job!
