I'm a sucker for wings and with that empty-disordered look in the eyes of the left one, I'm sure I pick the demon guys. At least he doesn't look like he's drugged....
Seriously though, I don't know what exactly is off with the left guy, probably his pose. He seems a bit off. And he doesn't even remotely look anywhere, he just glares into the void. In the wrong way. Which light did you use here?

uh, not sure which light i used, it was an HDRI. the one on the left is a very cold, distant and often cruel guy, ... he is very formal. I probably could have done more work on his pose. he is supposed to be in the act of crossing his arms and have a disdainful expression.

I have a nasty suspicion about the headlamp of the camera. You did turn it off here, right? It's just my nasty paranoia?

Try to turn it off and use only the scene lights. It will take much longer, but you won't mix up the Aslan Court soft light with a harsh headlamp, which by itself is usually something akin to a flash for a photo.Β

Yes, they are very different. Daemon is very elegant, cold and cultured. They call him The Sadist. Lucivar is wilder, rougher and much a warrior. He is rather hot blooded and has anger issues...... But I would say he is entitled. He can also be very compassionate.Β
