I decided to have a open Collab where I am a Drill sergeant yelling at the new recruits.

Rules on using my Collab
1: Download it for better Quality (And as well the original base just in case for better reference)
2: Take your time on making your oc
3: if any of you guys have trouble when it comes to me (My OC) in the way, Don't worry as I might plan on uploading a Solo vector of me to help upload on top of the template.
4: Make sure you Credit me when you are finished.
