Description Happy halloween! I Decided to draw Fukase!

Been messing around with AE a lot more thanks to School and becuase of that, worked out how to do some tricks with my speedpaint videos! I've been wanting to learn how to do the multicursor effects for a longgg time ever since I saw a youtuber I enjoy do it a couple years back ;___;
