As aesthetically pleasing the arrangement is, it's not scientifically sound. Pinsir, Tangela and Poliwrath aren't humanoid or even mammalian. Furthermore, depicting Poliwrath as the modern ancestor of Jynx, Tangela, Pinsir, and Mr. Mime suggests the Poliwrath species has remained entirely unchanged for millions of years. A more scientifically sound way to depict this would be to show a common ancestor of Poliwrath, Jynx, Tangela, Pinsir and Mr. Mime in lieu of something that looks exactly like the modern Poliwrath.
Why does Polyble have a vein-popping feature? It's not the ancestor of Primeape. Primeape and Mankey are the only PokΓ©mon with that feature, so it seems likely that feature has evolved only once.

Dude, when drawing this picture, I think scientifically. I just tried to have fun. But what you said is absolutely correct.

cool concepts and art. Just not a very realistic interpretation. Kudos on the art and creativity though.

Some of the missing links look cooler than the official pokemon, especially Geonix.
