Luxury trains will never go out in style, and no matter how much time has passed by, I think a grand luxurious ride aboard a timeless train carriage can always bring back the bygone days. This is what I'd imagine it might be like
The actual train itself that I've based this piece on is the world famous Venice Simplon-Orient-Express and travels through a number of exotic locations from London all the way to Istanbul. Throughout time, the carriages of this luxury train have been bombed, shot at and even marooned in snow drifts, and not to mention that is has also transported quite a few historically famous characters. Excellent work. Your illustrations are by far my favorite here. But this one, along with The Golden Rail Express, The Lady Awaits, and Tropical Descent, are utterly fantastic.... Extraordinary, really. You've got a knack for the magical early twentieth century stuff. It reminds me of M. Kungl, but on the whole yours is more of a glimpse into another world. They should all be part of a story.

I don't like vector art so much but this has definately changed my mind! It looks very gorgeous as so many people have said and I think even the WIPs were great to look at. I immediately thought that the view was from Istanbul probably because I live there and see that almost everyday!
