Ой, какой хороший...не очень понятен упор арфы в платье, но это я так придераюсь, отличный Финрод вышел, очень все красиво, меч прямо у него такой серьезный, опять спрошу про размер и чем сделано?задам так сказать традиционный вопрос)вобщем он удался, посмотришь и не перепутаешь, скажешь сразу это Финрод, каноничный такой, Финрода мало и на мой взгляд это сложный образ, нравится изобилие деталей в его одежде, и народ за арфой самое то, в целом очень достойная вещь вышла я бы ей гордилась, с наступающим)желаю всяческого вдохновения и свободного времени для реализации всех прекрасных замыслов в наступающем году)здорово!

Спасибо!)) ну, можно предположить что арфа упирается в то, на чём он сидит), за меч спасибо, пару дней на дизайн потратила, приятно, что заценили)) размер- 37,5х29см, ватман, акварель, гуашь, минимально цветных карандашей.
Очень давнишний мой замысел нашёл наконец воплощение: заворожённые лица сквозь "дождь" струн. Сцена, конечно, одна из самых ключевых в книге,- Финрод с арфой, сеет лучи мудрости в ряды атани, перепутать сложно)) Финрода стало как-то проще понять как мудрого старшего брата Аэгнора.. мнение про детали тоже очень приятно, а то вот смотрю и сомневаюсь уже, не перегружаю ли...
Тебя тоже с наступающим!) и чтобы вдохновение, главный двигатель и мотиватор, не иссякало, если оно есть- и силы и время найдутся))

Beautiful rendition of the scene and one of my favourite characters. He looks so absorbed in his playing the harp, and you made the scene so delicate with all these details in his hair, the strings, his clothes...
Oh, and before I forget: Happy New Year, Elena! May you continue producing more artworks, Tolkien-based or otherwise, during all the year and may inspiration never fail you

Hauntingly beautiful. The harp, the glittering strings, the stars, the harmonious coloiurs, Finrod’s hair… I can almost hear the music playing to this.

I love how shadowy the Men looks behind Finrod's harp, making him seem brighter and realer. His hair looks so soft that I want to pet it. Beautiful work, as always!
