Guy with tool is Rick
and blue Guys is Sew
and Dog is Crap (crap is his name >_> )

ok so as ya already know alisa chan was distroyed full city .
she disappear no one saw her after this . and news was spread everywhere even in fire and ice land too O_O

after some days government send some ppls for rebuilding this city again .
Rick is the 2nd leaded of this Team . he freaken Love making Big things ... and Sew is his assistant his work is really important O_O he serve food and tea on time to Rick

and Crap (Dog) he like sleep a lot sometime GOd save him when rick thinks he's dead and they was gonna burry him .
yea u gussed right Rick is just a foolish guy with small brain .
but when he become serious .. no one can beat him in inteligence O_O

so when he was checking city for deciding where to start . he saw Alisa was sleeping there . so he bring her home ..

and about Sew .
he is the brother of Len chan OO_OO
he was born with water powers (no sign of fire ) so everyone in his village hates him . after some time he leaves the village and then he meet with Rick . and they become good frnds ^^
Sew is not a Full fledge water mage so he have to use a wand for controlling water . he can't call his power without this wand T_T

now they are 4
Crap, Rick , alisa and Sew ^^
and don't forgot Len chan is coming
