As with mssingno, the face is very well done.
However, the feet are kinda strange for its design.
I guess with the ferocious face it would assume some 'ferocious' feet, but alas.

The face reminds me of the 4th gen. legendaries, but otherwise, it could fit with Lugia and Ho-oh... Like the wings. Lugia has hand-like wings, Ho-oh has wing-wings, and this guy has like bat-like wings... Nice.
