Just 8 small cute dot patterns for Gimp ^.^ The 8th one is in the background (it's black)
You get pretty good effects when u invert the colors or lower the opacity or just blur them a little bit or ... ^.^ Oh, and they r transparent, so they go over any backgorund n___n The patterns come in a zip folder, so unpack the files, then install them here: C\Programms\Gimp2.0\share\gimp\2.0\pattern

All dots are good and I appreciate this I have a problem in Gimp at patterns I see all, but it I refresh patterns GIMP give me this " GIMP Message Failed to load data: Failed to open file 'C:\Program Files\GIMP-2.0\share\gimp\2.0\patterns\32 Dot Patterns Ln213': Permission denied " Can you help me what I do wrong? Yes I do this . I can use the patterns but in right window (layers channel path pattern brush etc) in the bottom of window is a button refresh , when click this button appear that message

Oh you figured it out ^.^ I don't now why GIMP does that, but as long as you have subolders in the pattern folder, it always gives you a error message after refreshing

i'm having the same issue, but it's only showing me 2 patterns (i downloaded the 20 colorful scanlines)
i'm getting the same error message when i try to refresh.
i unzipped all the files and placed them in the right folder, but only two show up in my 'layers' window.
