Another part of the Blaser squad boy character sheets.
This is Captain Slowdown. The glue of the team. For reals he is the one who keeps them together. Always present, always watching. He has his own problems too, but his men and the 117th always comes first. The most important person in his life is Jassup though.

I made the base myself for my own use. But I wanted it to look like the official concept arts from the show, so I looked at those and tried to creat the same armor pose and proportions. I suggest you serahc for the original concept arts and make your own based on them too
