I'm really undecided about text or not on this, I kinda like the clean feel to it at the momentC4D & Photoshop, couple of hours

you did good on the depth, blur it more at the top.
maybe add some more effects/brushings and manipulations. this is really good though.
to take this further, use a Real - Life image of an underwater picture and do this similair idea. it would be alot harder but more fun and would be an overall greater piece of work.
the render isn't too bad either
