Well, I'm not too sure at what it's supposed to be, but this one part, when I look at it, it looks a like a beak, and a whole bird forms after that, but theres more to this bird, one, it has ears, like, GIANT ears, and only one eye visible.
And second, looking down to it's back, he has a skeleton man with a cybernetic Sombrero.
