Description She stands alone, surrounded by so many, yet completely by herself.
No one notices this child. Her frail pale skin clinging to her thin frame, the fine wisps of deep red hair, full of split ends, continually battling against the wind, her dull gray eyes, use to be blue, void of life. A shell, living but only just.

Its no surprise that no one notices she cries. The back of her hand wiping the mucus running from her nose or her fingers trying to clear the tears from her cheek.
Passersbys don’t even try to step around her, just brush past, handbags banging against her, shoving her around, in the middle of chaos she appears to be the calm.
But her eyes don’t see them, her skin doesn’t feel the bruising, her bones don’t complain to being knocked & broken because shes not really there.

She dreams of ancient stars and distant planets. Of aliens both good and bad, where she is taken away, for a reason, to comfort, to heal, to lead.
She is just one of many, put into impossible situations, tested for strength and skill.
She will meet others, some older, some younger, a boy just the right age.
He will know whats going on, have some idea and together they will unite. Together they will achieve amazing things, Together they will save the day.
Traveling across those stars, standing on the edge of the galaxy, there she will feel alive.

Her eyes bright blue with that spark that speaks volumes of her journeys, her body strong & tanned yet still lean and soft, her hair long, braded & decorated like a warrior.
People respect her, there is no fear, she is kind, even to those who do her wrong, she forgives and she cares because shes been there.
But she is not perfect, she doest know everything, she still gets surprised.
When she is hurt it takes time to heal.
People don’t flock to wish her well, she not surrounded by adoring fans, their not wrapped around her finger.
And she doesn’t want them to be.

She dreams of being loved, just enough, not too much.
She dreams of helping a small child or two who have no family, perhaps a girl & boy just like she was, unnoticed and lost.
She dreams and imagines that would be the best thing ever.

And she cries, because she is not a little girl, she is a woman and no one notices; her life is meaningless without the stars.
