It's at times like this that I think maybe I shouldn't be such a shipper, because if I did not ship AnthonyxSurma then I would not have spent the last four days working on this. Dear reader, I have been through seven levels of hell with Anthony's hair (it's still terrible). On the other hand, Surma's was surprisingly easy. I am also inordinately prooud of myself because I put in a background.

On the subject of my terribleness, anyone know of a good tutorial for shading?

It is a webcomic that is all kinds of awesome. The characters are intriguing, which is why I draw them so much. If you haven't read the comic, these two are the parents of the main character, Antimony Carver. I guess this is set when Antimony was pretty young.
