Description
Some of you out there know how inconvenient inspiration is at times. This idea for instance, struck me at midnight, and I finished three hours later.Still, here it is anyway.
I'm gonna request a critique on this - something that I haven't done before - just to get a rough idea of what I need to improve in future wallpapers in this style. (Of which there might be quite a few.. I quite liked making this. Even if I was dead tired).

I understand inconvenient inspiration, I also have my ideas just before going to bed, in dreams while I'm asleep, randomly when I'm alone too long, randomly at school, and making random references from hearing bits of conversations in the hallways at school

Now for your critique, I read some of the comments before I wrote this one and I agree with Rycr, but I kind of like the idea of 16 notches, I also liked your realtion of 2 with 11

I definitely know how inspiration seems to have really bad timing. I often get ideas as I'm trying to go to sleep, or in the middle of a college lecture, or while I'm driving somewhere.
Love the wallpaper. Kinda funny how there are more than 11 marks around the dial though.

I know... I used a cheap way of just rotating four marks around the dial, then repeating it twice. xD

yeah i know what its like to have inspiration strike at the worst possible times. and if im not allowed to pick up a pencil and let it run i get very dissagreeable

Well.. Amps used to go up to the setting of '10'.
Then someone had an idea for a higher setting of '11' instead of just raising the setting for 10.
So 11 is often the highest setting, and people still wonder why they couldn't have just made 10 a bit more powerful.

I really like the style there. I won't write a critique, since I'd consider myself not really experienced enough; and quite frankly I don't have time right now.

I find it interesting that there are 16 notches on the dial. I really like it, despite its disturbing lack of ponies.
