Notes: Rowlet is based on a burrowing owl? Maybe. Also i used a Griffin concept, his wings are useless to fly, but he use them as a "cape" to resemble a magician.

The first Rowlet evolution I actually like and makes me even consider choosing it (still Team Litten). It's final form looks cool and somehow still cute. Not too over or under done. I love this.

Honestly, I think Chlorophyll is pretty boring. Why not give it something cooler like Quick Feet or Guts. I think those fit in pretty well with this design (Which is awesome I might add). Maybe Sang Rush too

In my concept, he is based on griffins AND burrowing owls, due to his weight, he can't fly.

I don't like the idea of it becoming Ground Type (otherwise, why is it Flying Type now?), and I agree that the Burrowing Owl concept would make it make sense, but I just don't hope that's the case. Regardless, I love the designs you've made here, and if they were real, I would definitely get over the Ground Typing, hehe.
