peepers is probably my favorite character, i dont know why but I always thought that he could have a good side to him, but the WOY panel kinda disproved that! Someone asked who had more good in them, Hater or Peepers, and tom kenny (at least i think it was tom kenny) said that peepers was, and nobody else on the panel argued! o:

Well, I think the episode unravels a bit of this by showing just how important the "TAKING OVER THE GALAXY"-thing is to peepers.
