I painted this one around 2 months ago, in hopeful anticipation of the first snow for this winter.
Unfortunately it often doesn´t snow before january here in Germany...
Time In the end around 5 hours for the fur and 1 hour for the rest
But I had fun while painting, especially the fur

*cries* You're so awesome at the FUUUURRRRR!!!!! Baaah.... I tried to do a speedpainting of a semirealistic wolf and could NOT get the fur to look like this!

the fur looks great! i think, if the snowflakes would look a bit more painterly (like the wolve does) it would fit a bit better ^^

I mainly avert from wolf pictures, since it's so common these days on deviantArt, but I must say, I'm really impressed by this piece. I really love the detail that you've put into the fur. Keep up the amazing work!
