Mao Yamamoto, A dangerous mix of deadly martial art's and greed.This modern day ninja is the head of the house of shadows, originally a school for martial arts now a league of assassins. Mao gained control of the house of shadow's by killing he's father, claiming the house of shadow's as he's own and usurping the dark powers that comes along with it. Mao's powers allow him the ability to Blend seamlessly into the darkness, (at night he is near impossible to see unless he wishes it) he can also manipulate darkness allowing him to cast false shadow's which he uses during combat to distract he's foes.

He has aligned himself and he's assassin league with the Villain Market crash and serves as the C.E.O(Enforcer) of Crash Corp, a secret business/ Villain group formed by Market crash, under the guise ' Midnight Trader'. Crash Corp. goal is to make money at any cost. Whilst he currently serves under market crash, he lays in wait for when the time is right to Usurp Crash corp as well.

It is also to be mentioned that although Mao has super abilities in the darkness, He is a master swordsman and is more then a match for most foes without shadow's aid, he is a well trained and cunning fighter who will do anything to win a fight. he has no sense of honor and no compunctions about taking human life.
