Bio: -Seattle's family carries their heart on their tongue, and critique is direct and harsh. Seattle grew up oddly detached from her parents, usually keeping her own things to herself. Being the youngest of five kids, Seattle was often the target if being picked on. Her elder brother Mika, whom she grew incredibly close with, usually shielded her from her siblings.
-As she grew older, she grew more boisterous, talking back to her siblings, earning their respect and feeling a little more in place.
-Her eldest brother, Sebastian, and her third eldest brother, Roman, grew to be troublemakers, snappy and slightly violent, Sebastian more than Roman.
-When Mika fell into a depression, it hit her extremely hard - she had always supported him in his dreams and wishes, and couldn't help but feel partly responsible for what he felt. However, when he left their home town, she cheered him on, and he promised to keep in contact with her, while attempting to break all ties with the rest of his family, whom he felt awfully betrayed by. Seattle was eleven years old at the time.
-Shortly after Mika's departure, Roman announced he was expecting a baby, and left the house. Now with a room opened up, a bittered, unemployed, homeless, divorced and abandoned Sebastian stormed right back in, claiming Roman's room for himself and, from then on out, ruling the house, using all his frustration in violence against his parents and siblings.
-Seattle felt she had to protect her family - despite her rough time growing up - from Sebastian, usually taking blame and hits for everything. Her sister would be too squeamish, her parents too old. Turning more quiet and introverted, she also grew a short fuse, usually resorting to violence with bullies or under fire of insults. She chose to keep everything she carried with her away from Mika, who was finally living a happier, healthier life. She felt he shouldn't get involved in the bullshit her family served again.
-The years that followed went on relatively the same, until some time after her sixteenth birthday, where she got herself in the worst fight at school so far, resulting into her being expelled from school until the end of the year.
-Her brother did not take it well at all. Combined with another job rejection and some general fussing at home, Sebestian was ready to snap a tree in half. He pushed Seattle into a glass lamp, which shattered and cut her ear down the middle. With Seattle on the ground, her brother started pulling her ear, tearing it in half, and proceeded to beat her senseless. When she finally escaped from Sebastian's grip by giving him a mean punch in the face, she ran upstairs, grabbed her things, and ran away from home before Sebastian could break down the door and go after her again.
-On her way away from her hometown she managed to reach Mika by phone, telling him what had been going on since Sebastian had moved in. Mika then demanded that she would take the first train to Junction City, and he would be taking care of her from then on out.
-Seattle lives in Junction City for about a year now, with her brother, his daughter, and girlfriend. She's been slowly returning to her old self, getting a job in a comic book shop owned by a friend. With some help from Mika, and surprisingly, Paris, she filed charges against Sebastian. He has since been convicted for domestic abuse.

Personality: Seattle gives a stoic, unapproachable first impression. She doesn't like being approached by people and almost seems to shut herself off from the outside world. Unlike the way she dresses, she's not extravagant to the people.
Once you break through her shell, however, Seattle becomes a loyal and trustworthy friend. Very optimistic about her friends’ goals, she's supportive and generally excited and hopeful. Full of life, she's ready to live, and help you through a hard time. She’s also very caring, and hides issues of her own or others if you have enough to deal with already, or have dealt with stuff in recent time.

That's only friends, though. Those closer to her will experience Seattle as she really is. Seattle is, by her words, a realist; though outsiders may find her perspective pessimistic and cynical. She doesn't hold a whole lot of hope for herself or the world and tries to go with the way things are, she's not as excited about the prospect of a future life. She's unsure of herself and what to do, and considers herself damaged goods. Years of abuse have left a strain on her, and although her brother has taught her to be friendlier and outgoing, she still has a tough time and has a low self-image.

Those who experience Seattle’s negativity might think her optimism and support is only a façade, not realizing she is really honest. She genuinely believes her friends can change the world because she knows who they are; others and herself, however, are less reliable or even useless. Plans involving herself usually give a whole ‘ehhhh’ kind of response. Though, if she’s nice and friendly with you, never mistake that for a play; Seattle never lies about her friendships.

-Rocks the pink hair and piercings. She never wears them in her dragonoid form though, except her earwear.
-So good at mathematics.
-She has a huge ‘annoying sibling’ feud going on with Nick and that’s never gonna stop.
-Even though she has a low self image, she knows she looks rad as hell and values that about herself at least a bit.
-Seattle has taken the liberty of coloring up the lower levels with street art after being in learning with her brother for a while. Parkouring through places usually forms her escape, hence she’s rather advanced in both.
-She can hold a rather smug demeanor around her friends especially if she feels she’s got something to prove.
-Smokes fairly often, but almost hides it from Mika even though he’s already long aware of it.
-Clothing style kinda varies, though her favorites would be torn jeans, torn tights, dark colors ranging from black to army green, heavy boots and long coats. Don’t be surprised when she shows up in pastel though, she dresses to whatever she feels like at current moment and her style goes from left to right, though she would never go too girly, as she considers this to be inefficient to what she likes to do.

Here she is, in all her glory!! Her neon blue is a little less bright than her brother's, but they're still pretty close. Massive shoutout do technogeckos - she made me a bunch of palettes, including this one. Thank you so much again ;o;
Thank you all for your votes, it helped a lot!! In the end, it was a near tie, so I kinda went with my gut feel. I love the blue/pink combo, but there are several reasons why I chose this one.
She's a small reference to Second Son - her name and all - and also to the city Seattle itself, which is one of my favorite cities and I would really love to visit there someday. More so, she was meant to sort of line up with Fetch Walker in appearance, because, well, PINK. PINK AND NEON.
But that would just not work out with her personality. Seattle is not supposed to go noticed - she's always in a dark corner of the room going unnoticed. Having that bright, clashing pink standing out would draw too much attention to her as well.
Additionally, there aren't as much pink neon signs in Seattle as Second Son made me believe My dad said it was a very dark, gloomy city due to the weather, which fits better with the blue than the pink does.

Though, pink is her favorite color, and she dyes her hair pink anyway. So I'm still somewhat getting the reference I wanted to get. She loves going out on street art adventures with her brother, but she's a lot more lean, agile and faster than he is. Unlike her brother, whose a bulky bara giant, she's thin and lithe, and not very big. (4'6" in dragon form, 5'7" in human form) The build on this lineart is actually very close to what I intend for her to be - her face is just a little rounder.
I should also mention her right ear is severely torn. The underside is completely torn away, leaving it scarred. It doesn't have any effect on her hearing.
