Yeah I imagine pickles to be bouncy and squishy if you were to land on them...much better than falling to their deaths! Lol and not only that but if they were to land in the jar, they better hope the jar doesn't break that would be a disaster!

Lol that's funny and I can't eat cucumbers, they make me gag for some odd reason...I'm more of a zucchini squash kinda person !

Oooo yes I agree ! LOVE it...I make all sorts of yummy things with zucchini like salsa, fried slices, omg I love it fried...course fried eggplant is better because you get bigger slices...I like to fry the eggplant slices and cook some chopped up chicken breast,mixed with fire roasted peppers and tomatoes to make a salsa and then top the eggplant with it...you eat it sort of like a slice of pizza ! Crud now I'm hungry for some lol!

Hmmm it's really good it tastes like a zucchini but not as sweet...it's a great alternative for chicken in dishes say like chicken Parmesan !
