Just messing with shading and textures on this one, i was in a thinking mood so i drew this and decided to finish it because i was so bored...So yes.

Hmmm...I would maybe download a free programe such as GIMP or SAI, something like that and then try drawing art on there. Then once you've decided to carry on with it, sure, get a tablet!
