Nothing to special. Just needed a new ID and whipped this up.It took me a while to think of someone beneficial and fitting. I drew the original sketch the day I turned 30, August 5. Then fooled around with the concept before deciding a forest setting and a Christmas color hue.
The quote is taken from the late great Layne Staley, frontman for Alice in Chains. I think it's one of the quotes that defines me.
The background you see was taken in 2011, up on Cedar Crest here in New Mexico.
