Here you go ~Ashkihyena !! I hope you like it!! Don't you just want to hug the wittle dwagon?
This picture was a request from Ashkihyena and I actually was glad to take it!!
One of my first requests ever! It didn't take very long at all.... About half an hour or so to complete it. I like how Danny came out but I think I could have done better with the actually Dragon. It's not too bad, is it?Hmm.... I wonder what would happen if Danny really did run into a non-hostile, friendly, and good-natured Ghost Dragon.... *imagines Danny with big puppy eyes, hugging the Dragon, and saying, "Can we keep him.... PLEASE!?"*
I may actually go somewhere with this little Dragon since I already named him Billee. If you aren't familiar with the name, it's the name of the good-natured and really lovable Huskie from the book The Call of the Wild.

I know what you mean. Although I drew this millennia ago, I still quite like the idea of the critters not always appearing evil or aggressive.

Butch Hartman's style is incredibly difficult to imitate. However, I'd like to think I've succeeded in capturing it in dragons pretty well - did a "Danny Dragon" and some one said that it looked exactly like the style. I think you did it better though.
It might've come up because you put dragon as a keyword?

Thanks. Sure, I'll look at your dragons; but the secret is really just practicing their form. You're welcome to print my work out and trace, as I found that tracing the work of an artist you admire is a good way to learn how they do their work and how to do it yourself.
Actually, I have better pictures, but I'm feeling too crummy tonight to upload them... I have some free time saturday; I'll probably upload them then. Thanks for the watch!

That's very true. Although I don't like tracing, trying your best to mimic a style is great to get under your belt- not just for visual, but also for music, martial arts (both of which I do), etc.
You should upload those pictures. I'm sure they aren't crummy.

I enjoy trombone over everything else; I inherited mine from a relative who played one in a jazz band. I was in my old school's regular band and jazz band and if I had the option I'd play in a marching band.
But our school doesn't offer it, and I am sad.
