the Photoshop 7 version of [link]Please fav or note me if you download / use them! or link to my page if ever you finish a deviation with it. I want to see what you guys would do with it, so let me know.
15 (or 16? i forgot.) brushes are in this set.
Recommended usage:
Use adjustment layers Color Balance, Levels and/or Curves

Wow, cool set. I actually use the neon spriral thing to make my tee shirt for my band. GANGSTA. I wish I knew how to make a brush, then i wouldnt have to depend on others.

well, it's very easy though. if you have Photoshop 7 or CS, you could select an area on an imaga then use Edit > Define Pattern to create a single brush. there's lots of tutorials about it by the way at pixel2life.com

yes, go to RARLabs for WinRAR. it's a software that lets view contents of a RAR file. A RAR file is a file archive, btw. like a ZIP file.
