She serves to test Neon as he struggle to end the conflict against Prof. Franca and the Four Divas. She also has alliance with Oganesson. Before his disappearance, Athena told Oganesson of a prophecy, proclaiming that one day, Neon will soon reunite with Oganesson and overthrow Franca. She makes her home inside of a cave inside of a rainforest. She takes inspiration of Princess Celestia from MLP: FIM and The Oracle of Delphius from Sonic: Underground
